If you are shopping for our products via e-commerce or from an individual, please beware of fake or used products. These products may have the serial number sticker removed.

Phasemation's Warranty Policy does not allow us to repair any product that does not have a serial number or is illegible.

Phasemation products purchased across borders, from the gray market, or not destined for the country in which they were purchased are also not eligible for after-sales service outside of the authorized shipping destination.

Terms of Phasemation Warranty

For Warranty Service, After-Sales-Service and Technical Support, please refer to your Local Phasemation Official Distributor.

Any Phasemation products bought on the internet/gray market or across the border in an area where we have an Official Distributor will not receive any after sales service.

The Phasemation warranty is not valid worldwide, but is limited only to the country, in which the product was purchased by the first original purchaser.

As Phasemation Warranty service is conducted by the individual authorized Phasemation distributor in each country, the warranty has no coverage outside the country where the warranty has been registered.
